Lawd above! Hello people its been awhile i`ve been considering how much i actually love england thought i`d just share some good old english slang with you:

on the lashOut getting drunk. E.g."We're on the lash tonight lads, so bring plenty of cash."
naff Adj. 1. Unfashionable. Thought to have originated within the language of Polari. [1960s]
2. Rubbishy, useless, of poor quality, unappealing.
neek Noun. An intelligent but socially inept person. A cross between 'nerd' and 'geek'.
nibbles Noun. Small snack type food, especially when eaten before a meal or with drinks. {Informal}
nod off  Verb. To fall asleep. 
not a sausage  Phrs. Absolutely nothing. Derived from the Cockney rhyming slang sausage and mash, meaning cash, thus originally 'not having a sausage' indicated having no money.
gagging (for something)  Phrs. To have an extreme desire for something. E.g."I'm gagging for a night of vigorous, sweaty, dancing." 
giraffe Noun. A laugh. Rhyming slang. E.g."You're having a giraffe if you think I'm babysitting your little brother mate!"
Gordon Bennett!  Exclam. An exclamation of anger or surprise. Has as much emphasis as most expletives despite its inoffensive nature.
Eyetie  Noun. An Italian
bare Adj. A lot of, significant amount. E.g."It's just bare hype, the film's just famous faces and no plot." [London use]

bicky  Noun. A biscuit.
biddy  Noun. 1. A woman, usually referring to an elderly woman and often reinforced with the word old. E.g."I suggest you don't go to the post office on a Thursday, that's when all the old biddies collect their pension money and the queues are terrible."
 Few thinks thats enought copying and pasting i did this beacause i met an American boy today at a football match which my team won 2-1 eh up :)
but he ept asking me about slang and it did my headding bless him :)
